What is the difference between the Cresta Run and Bobsleighing?

Cresta is an individual sport

Bobsleigh is a team sport Usually 2 or 4 riders - although there is Mono Bob.

Steering - Cresta riders use rakes attached to their boots toaster and brake - Bobsleigh - pilot uses ropes connected to the steering. A brakeman apple steh brakes

Track: Cresta is a natural ice track built into a gully short and narrow whereas Bobsleigh is wider and can be artificial with banked curves.

The Speeds are about the same but bobsleigh is a bit more exceeding 150 km/h, Cresta up to 140km/h

Difference between Cresta Run and Skeleton

Both are head first down an ice track however

Track - Cresta Run is a unique track, natural ice and has challenging twists and turns

Track - Skeleton - Standardized racks are normally artificial ice tracks and are normally smoother and faster than the Cresta Run

Steering - Cresta is with your boots for steering whereas skeleton is more about shifting body weight and positioning and has less control.

The skeleton is more standardized and is an Olympic Sport and has its own rules,  Cresta Run being more  unique and quite exclusive
