Difference between Cresta Run and Skeleton
Both are head first down an ice track however
Track - Cresta Run is a unique track, natural ice and has challenging twists and turns
Track - Skeleton - Standardized racks are normally artificial ice tracks and are normally smoother and faster than the Cresta Run
Steering - Cresta is with your boots for steering whereas skeleton is more about shifting body weight and positioning and has less control.
Skeleton is more standardized and is an Olympic Sport and has its own rules , Cresta Run being more unique and quite exclusive
